As Membership Care Lead at Roots Allotments, you'll be at the heart of our HQ team, engaging with members, handling queries, problem solving and driving membership conversions. This role is all about building strong relationships over the phone, ensuring members feel supported, and encouraging them to make the most of their membership. If you're naturally chatty, confident, and love turning conversations into connections, this role is for you!

About You

  • You're super comfortable on the phone and can engage in natural, friendly conversations
  • You have a background in sales, customer service, or membership support
  • You can handle objections and turn inquiries into conversions

Working hours

  • Hybrid role – 3 days in our Bristol HQ office, 2 days at home
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
