Welcome to Roots Allotments. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and allotment facilities operated by Allota Futureland Limited.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

Roots Allotments provides:

Allotment plots for personal cultivation
Community gardening facilities
Educational resources and support
Access to gardening tools and equipment
Community events and workshops

3. Membership and Subscriptions

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3.2 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are available on monthly, quarterly, or annual bases
Fees are charged in advance according to your chosen plan
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time
Notice period requirements vary by subscription type
No refunds for partial subscription periods

4. Rules and Responsibilities

4.1 Plot Maintenance

Keep your plot tidy and well-maintained
Use only approved fertilizers and pesticides
Respect plot boundaries and shared spaces
Follow organic gardening practices where specified

4.2 Community Guidelines

Respect other members and staff
Share common resources responsibly
Participate in community maintenance when required
Follow site-specific rules and guidelines

5. Payment Terms

All fees are in British Pounds (GBP)
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Late payments may result in service suspension
Price changes will be notified in advance

6. Promotional Offers

The following terms apply to all offers advertised by Allota Futureland Limited trading as "Roots Allotments":

6.1 Offer Availability & Changes

All offers are subject to availability, including patch availability at specific sites.
Roots Allotments reserves the right to extend, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Promotional offers and communications may differ across different channels due to differences in available services, operational requirements, and promotional parameters. We are committed to ensuring that our offers are fair and clear.

6.2 Eligibility & Restrictions

Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are available to new customers only who have not previously held a membership with Roots Allotments.
Offers may be restricted to specific patch types, membership plans, or locations as defined in individual promotional communications.
We reserve the right to limit offers to one per customer as defined by their email address, payment method, and/or delivery address.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and may disqualify participants who attempt to circumvent these terms.

6.3 How Offers Work

Promotional discounts will be applied either automatically at checkout or through promotional codes as specified in the offer.
Promotional codes must be entered correctly at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
To claim any promotional offer, customers must complete the purchase process during the offer validity.
Promotional benefits cannot be applied to existing orders or memberships.

6.4 General Conditions

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
Offers have no cash alternative, are non-transferable, and cannot be resold or exchanged.
All standard Terms of Service and membership conditions apply in addition to these promotional terms.

You're responsible for:
- Your personal safety
- Your tools and equipment
- Damage you cause to facilities or others' property
- Following safety guidelines
