5. Payment Terms
- All fees are in British Pounds (GBP)
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Price changes will be notified in advance
6. Promotional Offers
The following terms apply to all offers advertised by Allota Futureland Limited trading as "Roots Allotments":

- All offers are subject to availability, including patch availability at specific sites.
- Roots Allotments reserves the right to extend, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Promotional offers and communications may differ across different channels due to differences in available services, operational requirements, and promotional parameters. We are committed to ensuring that our offers are fair and clear.
6.2 Eligibility & Restrictions
- Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are available to new customers only who have not previously held a membership with Roots Allotments.
- Offers may be restricted to specific patch types, membership plans, or locations as defined in individual promotional communications.
- We reserve the right to limit offers to one per customer as defined by their email address, payment method, and/or delivery address.

- Promotional codes must be entered correctly at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
