From standard to mottled red and white to polka dot....

- Speciality German variety called Heidi red - when you slice it in half - you have an incredible red display - chopped up thing and fried like chips!
- Pink Fer Apple - yammy like flesh, texture more like a yam, a bit more powdery, exquisite flavour, perfect for homemade gnocchi
- Violetta - marbled purple potato - great for mashed potato
