How does the recipient redeem their voucher?
They'll receive a unique code to use at checkout when signing up for their Roots membership. The voucher covers joining fees and their initial subscription payment.
What can the voucher be used for?
Vouchers cover joining fees, deposits, and the first subscription payment (monthly, quarterly, or annual). The full amount must be used at first checkout.
How long is the voucher valid?
12 months from the date of purchase. Plenty of time to find the perfect plot and growing season. Please note this is subject to patch availability—most of our allotment sites are 70-80% full, so we recommend redeeming sooner rather than later.
Can they use it at any site?
Yes! Valid at any Roots location across the UK, subject to patch availability.
