When Marlene approached us we were proud to be able to provide her with a free patch, so the families that she supports and works with had an outdoor place to come and start growing their own, teaching the children at the same time! This would be a patch worked on by a group of people, and it's been a fantastic chance for this community to be together outdoors, at our beautiful site in Stourbridge.

Once we'd spoken with Marlene further, it was clear that it wasn't just the space they needed but also the donations to make food for these families on a weekly basis. This is when we became donation partners as well, so that similar to our other schemes, veggies are donated on a weekly basis to the charity so that families can get access to a very nutritious meal together once/twice a week.
