What needs to be done in July? Mitch teaches us about which important tasks can be done this month to look after your space.

- Keep on top of harvesting, regular picking will keep your supply high!

‍

- Does your patch need some water? Check the moisture content of your soil before watering.

‍

- Keep on top of weeds, they love the rain and sunshine just as much as your cropping plants! 

‍

- Clear any dead or decaying leaves & add them to your compost. This will minimize slugs & snails.

‍

- Deadhead flowers to keep them booming throughout the warmer months. 

‍

- Don't forget to carry on sowing seeds, things like Chicory, Pak Choi & Beetroot so you can carry on growing and cropping into the Autumn & Winter.

- Continue planting out filling any gaps with new seedlings so you have an abundance of harvest throughout the season!
