The best idea is to just water when you have time, remembering that No Dig soil retains water well. Be efficient, give a decent amount but less often rather than a little every day, that will evaporate.

Be mindful of individual plant needs... Here, Charles shows us courgettes that need lots to drink and his parsnips that were sown with lots of water, have grown strong but have been watered rarely since.
