Swiss, rainbow chard comes in all different colours! They can be a little bitter but their colours look so gorgeous against other plants in the garden like flowers.

If we have a mild winter you can over winter them and harvest throughout the seasons.

To clear the plant completely, cut them at the base of the soil and let the roots be eaten by the microbes under the soil!
