Coriander Harvesting
Charles Dowding shows an example of a Coriander plant that is three months old in the early summer.
Sow every 6 weeks throughout the summer so you always have decent fresh coriander. To support its growth, remove lower leaves as they develop.
If you do leave it to flower they are edible beautiful white flowers and can then resow these seeds!
Food for Thought: Not only do Carrots & Coriander taste awesome together, but they make great companion plants too. The Coriander's strong scent deters Carrot Fly!
