These garlic have been grown in the Homeacres polytunnel, where they are harvested a little earlier and were inter-sowed with the salads. There are a few varieties of garlic to try growing, such as Hardneck, which can be left to make green garlic or for enjoying the scapes before harvesting the bulb!
